Terms & Conditions

Time frames are a guide only and may vary depending on material supply, workload, order queue and unexpected circumstances.

Delivery is made by 3rd parties and quotes are based on ground floor easy access, unless otherwise specified.

Please ensure your new piece will fit the space as we can not refund or adjust pieces once delivered.  

A cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase price will be incurred if cancelled after 4 weeks and 50% after 6 week from original invoice date.

If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods any monies paid will be fully refunded to you.

Due to the nature of timber, some variations such as colour and grain feature are expected in our products as they occur naturally.

All store items are ready made with payment in full securing the purchase of each item. As such, all sales are final, and we cannot offer an exchange or refund for these items. Please choose carefully so you can enjoy many years of the bespoke furniture piece selected.


Upcycled Wood Designs pride ourselves on the high-quality materials and craftsmanship that goes into all our timber pieces. We will always select the best timber boards to suit the specifications you desire for your bespoke furniture piece. However, as timber is a natural product, we will not replace or refund an item if the colour or degree of feature does not meet your expectations. 

Being a natural product, changes in humidity or temperature levels and sun exposure can result in small cracks appearing and timber movement occurring. Any splits, movements, joint separation or cracks created as a result of changes in the environment are not considered major defects and therefore are not covered under warranty. Our warranty covers the structural integrity of the timber items and is limited to the repair or replacement of the item. 

In the unlikely event of a major defect/fault, we offer: 

  • Indoor timber furniture – 2 years warranty 
  • Outdoor furniture – 1-year warranty
